Hi there, I am Dries
A father of 2 beautiful girls, husband and a real familyman. Settled in Dessel - Belgium, probably staying there for the rest of my life, and I couldn't be happier about that.
I am not the classic world-traveling, Lamborghini owning, ice-bath taking boss, but I do have clear goals, dreams and ambitions for my start-up Pakske, as an entrepreneur and on a personal level.
Every day, I create beautiful, user-friendly digital products that people love while building a sustainable business around them. Being on the tipping point between B2B and B2C is extremely fun and challenging at the same time. It enables me to be combine my experience as a developer, UX-designer, digital strategist and my passion for all things business in the best way possible.
Pakske
Pakske (or P'tit Colis in France and French speaking Belgium) is the number 1 baby registry platform and we are growing in a fast pace 🚀.
When my wife and I were expecting our twin girls in 2017 I noticed that there was a lot wrong with the classic way baby registries worked; We would be limited to the offer of 1 store, we would need to wait for friends and family to come over with gifts and so on.
That is when I decided to do something about this and build my own platform. The birth of my daughters also meant the birth of Pakske.
Being busy enough trying to raise twin girls, Pakske was put aside for a while. But it soon became clear I could not make this thing as big as I wanted it to be on my own. That is when my partners Thomas and Sabatino joined the team and when things really took of.
